Client’s Challenges

As a first step towards transformation using innovative technologies the university management wanted to make their library a smart one with the ability to serve multinational students learning in the university. To accomplish the same, finding the right technology and vendor forms their main challenge.

Solution

Hubino was approached to design a solution to make the library a smart one through digitization. The solution formed is an alternative to the librarian. It includes multiple kiosks positioned at different places in the library to serve the students. Students can interact with the humanized avatar like talking to the librarian asking for the arrival of latest edition of books, where they are placed etc.. Humanized avatar can recognize the student and form the personalization of interests, intimate them on the availability of books they searched earlier, guide them through the different sections of the library to identify the book, journals and magazines. Helps in navigation within the library.
