As we are approaching the end of a challenging year, let’s look back at the few spectacular robotic and artificial intelligence stories of 2021.

Grace is ‘made to care.’ The robot nurse wishes for everyone she encounters to be peaceful and at ease. Grace was created by Hanson robots to aid physicians and nurses while presenting a lifelike illusion. The crew introduces her as a new sister to Sophia, possibly the world’s most famous android, who was the first robot to be granted citizenship in Saudi Arabia. Grace, who was born in 2021 after the coronavirus pandemic, was specifically created to care for the elderly and those who have been infected with COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
